In Smithville, our sales office and model home are off Wade Road from the Townline Rd. access, between South Grimsby Road 6 and Hwy 20.
From QEW, exit at Ontario St. Beamsville (exit 64). Travel South to King St. (T intersection) and turn Right. At Regional Road 30, turn Left. This will take you right into Smithville. At Smithville Townline Road, turn Right. At Wade Road, turn Right and at Golden Acres turn Left. Follow the signs to our site, which will be on the right hand side.

location, take the QEW and exit at 50 Road. Travel North (towards Lake Ontario) and you will see it on your left hand side.
