In Smithville, our sales centre and model home are off Wade Road from the Townline Road access, between South Grimsby Road 6 and Hwy. 20.
From QEW, exit at Ontario St. Beamsville (Exit #64). Travel south to King St. (T Intersection) and turn right. At Regional Road 30 turn left. This will take you right into Smithville. At Smithville Townline Road turn right. At Wade Road turn right and at Golden Acres turn left. Follow the signs to our site which will be located on the right hand side.
To view the site, from QEW exit at Ontario Street, Beamsville (exit 64). Travel south on Ontario Street to John St. and turn left. Follow John St. to Bartlett Rd. and turn right. At Arejay Avenue, turn right and immediately right again onto Lindsey Cres.
