Our Sales Centre and model home are located at #1-3 Forestview Court in Smithville.
From QEW, exit at Ontario St. Beamsville (exit 64). Travel South to King St. (T intersection) and turn Right. At Regional Road 30, turn Left. This will take you right into Smithville. At Smithville Townline Road, turn Right. At Wade Road, turn Right and at Golden Acres turn Left. Follow the signs to our site, which will be on the right hand side.
From Hamilton Mountain: Travel along Rymal Road East. It becomes Regional Road 20 - follow it to South Grimsby Road 6 and turn Right. At Smithville Townline Road, turn Left. At Wade Road, turn Left, and at Golden Acres turn Left. Follow the signs to our site, which will be on the right hand side.
